FLYFISHING REPORT – February 18th, 2013

BIRKENHEAD RIVER: decent fishing for Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat Trout and Bull Trout(Char). Try sculpin imitations,Salmon fry patterns and small nymphs.

SQUAMISH RIVER: An increase in water height due to recent warmer weather has resulted in good fishing for Steelhead. Also some great fishing for Cutthroat Trout and Bull Trout(Char) with Salmon Alevin imitations and Sculpin flies.

MAMQUAM RIVER: Good  fishing for Bull Trout(Char).

CHEAKAMUS RIVER LOWER: Good fishing for Steelhead throughout the lower river. Some great fishing for Bull Trout(Char) as well as Cutthroat Trout and Rainbow Trout .

LILLOOET RIVER UPPER: good Char fishing with Sculpin imitations.
